NAM NAM Reel Rewards - Terms & Conditions

At NAM NAM, we love seeing your creations. Create an original Instagram Reel featuring your NAM NAM order and earn a refund based on the views your Reel receives.

How It Works

  1. Purchase any eligible product from namnam.in.
  2. Create an original Instagram Reel featuring your NAM NAM product.
  3. Tag @namnam.in in the Reel.
  4. Keep your Instagram account public until verification.
  5. Submit your Reel through our Reward Form within 30 days of delivery.
  6. Once verified, we’ll process your reward based on your Reel’s views.

100% Refund (Up to ₹2,500)

Refund percentage is calculated on the final order amount paid after discounts (excluding shipping charges).

Eligible Content

Your Reel must:

  • Feature the purchased NAM NAM product clearly.
  • Show the product for at least 3 seconds.
  • Be original content created by you.
  • Be posted on Instagram as a Reel.
  • Tag @namnam.in.
  • Remain public until the reward is processed.

Examples include:

  • Unboxing
  • Taste Test
  • First Reaction
  • Product Review
  • ASMR
  • Aesthetic Reel
  • Recipe
  • Gift Reveal
  • Funny or Creative Reel

There is no required script. Just be authentic and creative.

Eligibility

  • One reward per order.
  • One Reel may only be submitted for one order.
  • Multiple Reels from the same order will only qualify for the highest eligible reward once.
  • Orders placed on namnam.in are eligible.
  • View count is measured 30 days after the Reel is posted.

Verification

To claim your reward, you’ll need to provide:

  • Order Number
  • Instagram Username
  • Link to the Reel

NAM NAM reserves the right to verify:

  • Authenticity of the Reel
  • View count
  • Engagement quality
  • Purchase details

Fraud & Misuse

The following submissions will not qualify:

  • Purchased views
  • Bot views
  • Artificial engagement
  • Fake or duplicate accounts
  • Deleted or private Reels
  • Reused or previously posted content
  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Offensive, misleading or inappropriate content
  • Any attempt to manipulate the campaign

NAM NAM reserves the right to reject any submission suspected of fraudulent activity.

Refund Process

  • Rewards are verified within 7 working days after submission.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
  • COD orders may receive refunds via UPI or bank transfer.

Additional Terms

  • Rewards are available while the campaign is active.
  • NAM NAM may modify, suspend or discontinue the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • Decisions made by NAM NAM regarding eligibility and verification are final.
  • Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash beyond the applicable refund amount.
  • This offer may not be combined with any other promotional refund campaign unless specifically stated.

Content Rights

By participating, you grant NAM NAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, edit, feature and use your submitted Reel for marketing, advertising, social media, website, email and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
